SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Columboso. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. This store is operated by Tomáš Protuš, based in Žilina, Slovak Republic.
SECTION 1 - SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in the Slovak Republic.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address provided during checkout.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier capacity, customs clearances, or unexpected logistical constraints.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Slovakia: 1-3 business days.

European Union (EU): 3-7 business days.

International (Outside EU): 7-14+ business days (subject to customs delays).
SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment generation.
SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Columboso (Tomáš Protuš) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
SECTION 5 - DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
Columboso is liable for packages damaged or lost in transit until they are successfully delivered to your specified address. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at our support email to initiate a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and if possible, take photos of the damaged delivery box upon receipt from the courier.
SECTION 6 - INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
