REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts 14 days, in compliance with European Union consumer protection regulations. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. This store is operated by Tomáš Protuš, Žilina, Slovak Republic.

SECTION 1 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract and return your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, received the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement via email at support@columboso.com before the 14-day period expires.

SECTION 2 - RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for a full refund.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned under the right of withdrawal, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items;

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life;

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;

  • Digital content or software after downloading or unsealing.

SECTION 3 - REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you supply evidence of having sent back the goods.

SECTION 4 - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs from the original order are refundable at the standard delivery rate; any premium shipping costs chosen by the customer above our standard rate are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECTION 5 - DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (WARRANTY CLAIMS)

If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@columboso.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect. Statutory warranty rules apply under Slovak law, ensuring your consumer rights for repair, replacement, or refund of defective products.
